Issue/Introduction

A new CloudSOC tenant was provisioned, but the welcome email was never received. The admin has not been able to set a password and cannot log into CloudSOC. 

Resolution

You can return to the Cloud Services overview page in the CMP to see the configuration status of your services. Please refer to the Tech Doc Setting up CloudSOC cloud services for more info.
