Issue/Introduction

Customer is attempting to PXE boot from a PXE/NBS server installed on the same VLAN they have their IP phones running on.

Cause

IP phone systems cause interference with TFTP servers when placed on the same subnet. 

Resolution

PXE/NBS server needs to be installed on a separate subnet than the IP phone services.
