Issue/Introduction

Messaging Gateway (SMG) Content Quarantine incidents can only be remediated from within the Control Center web interface or from within the Symantec Data Loss Prevention product by using the Flexresponse plugin for DLP.

No pubic facing API or command line utility exists to allow automated remediation of SMG Content Quarantine incidents.

Resolution

API access to the SMG Content Quarantine is currently under review for potential future addition to the SMG product.
