Can we download an incident attachment via the incident reporting API?

Issue/Introduction

You would like to know if there is there any option to download incident attachments using the DLP Incident Reporting and Update API.

Resolution

The only function reporting API has for this requirement is called: 

incidentBinaries() -  this retrieves additional components of the message that generated an incident, such as the message header, body and binary attachments.
