Recurring client installation package broken links in the Endpoint Protection Manager database

Issue/Introduction

Running a dbvalidator reports Client Installation package broken content links in the database.  Running a tool to fix the broken links resolves the issue for a short period of time.  After replicating, the broken links will be present again.  If the same tool is run again, they will be fixed, until replication occurs again in the future.

Cause

This was caused by a filtering failure when processing LUDownloadedContentArray which was causing replication of the entire LUDownloadedContentArray even when LiveUpdate content and client installation package replication was disabled.
