Issue/Introduction

You want to know more about agent attributes for logged in user when working with agent groups.

15.8, 16.x

Cause

The wrong syntax is being used in the user list.

Resolution

1. The user names must each be entered on their own (not as domain\user, or name@domain syntax)
2. The entries must contain one user name per line with no comma or other characters as a separator
