Bypass Default Identity Provider (IdP) Redirect

Resolution

Configuring an IdP on the Secure Access Cloud (SAC) portal will trigger a default redirect to the IdP's login page. This is by design and intended to improve the customers' experience while logging in. 

If you require logging in with a local user this still can be done in the following way:

1. Copy your tenant's URL and add the following suffix: ?noIdpRedirect=true
   • For example, for tenant exampletenant: 
     https://www.exampletenant.luminatesec.com/?noIdpRedirect=true
      
2. You will receive the SAC portal login screen ( as opposed to Okta's or Any other IDP configured). Log-in using the full username + Suffix of a local username that was configured beforehand: 
   • [email protected]

You've successfully logged in using a local user.
