Issue/Introduction

My Activation Link Expired

Resolution

The initial activation email contains a password reset request valid for 24 hours. This timeout will soon be increased to 72 hours, but for the meanwhile, in case you find yourself locked out please perform the following steps. 

Below is an example of an activation email: 

Click on the “this link” hyperlink to get to your Secure Access Cloud portal. 

In the below login screen Fill your Secure Access Cloud local account information, as provided in the activation email and click next.

 

Then select the “Don’t remember your password” option

 

Next, enter your corporate email address.

Your new activation link is on its way.
