Issue/Introduction

When reviewing the Patch Management Compliance by Computer report, some of the expected computers are not showing in the report.

Environment

Altiris Patch Management solution, any version

Resolution

We found that by setting the start date of the report back to a date in 2000, the missing computers then showed in the report with the newest updates dating back to 2014. After installing the missing older patches, the computers then show up in the default settings of the report. The default date range is one year back from the day the report is opened and run.
