Unified Agent experiences delay before connecting to Web Security Service after being in Sleep Mode

Issue/Introduction

Latency of a minute or more during activation from Sleep Mode when using Unified Agent (UA).

Resolution

This is an expected behavior for UA to take up to one minute to reconnect after Sleep Mode.

UA establishes a VPN, therefore the request can take up to a few minutes.
