Backup of ATP/EDR snapshot failed with HTTP code 500

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to backup the Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) / Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) appliance HTTP error 500 is received. 
• exception=550 Failed to change directory

Resolution

Run the backup with the switch "--debug" for more detail. 

Exception Codes: 

exception=550 Failed to change directory:

• Confirm the --path switch is correct. "/" should be used, not "\". Confirm the folder (if any) exist.
