Issue/Introduction

In order to log into various work environments, a Single Sign-On (SSO) option is needed. 

Resolution

Single Sign-On is only available between Symantec Cloud products by use of the Norton Secure Login (NSL). 

To use this with Email Security.Cloud:

  1. Either use your own existing Norton login or create one at https://login.symantec.com
  2. Once logged in, redirect your browser to https://identity.symanteccloud.com/nsl/redirect
  3. Enter your ClientNet credentials, leaving the checkbox ticked
  4. Now you can sign on with either ClientNet credentials or NSL.
