Endpoint protection Demilitarized zone(DMZ) server shows offline

Environment

Multiple Endpoint Protection Managers and load balancing is enabled and one server in DMZ SEPM server is showing offline.

Cause

System Clock is set to different time zone on the DMZ server

Resolution

Changing the clock to the same time zone as the other SEPM's fixes the issue
