Issue/Introduction

Upgrading to 14.0.3752.1000.105 cause BSOD

Environment

Windows 10 build 1803

Cause

Dell Encryption is installed on the laptop

Resolution

Symantec endpoint protection (14.0.3752.1000.105 (14 RU1)) was facing issues with with Dell Encryption (8.18.0), however on July 3, 2018 Dell released a new version of Dell Encryption (8.18.1).

 Upgrading to any version above that fixes the issue.
