Issue/Introduction

Require a validation key for domain provision but can't receive the email.

Cause

It's possible that the mail containing the validation key has been blocked by the customer's server.

Resolution

Check the queue at the customer's server and remove the block policy if it exists, release the mail or resend from the Domains wizard on ClientNet.
