Rule Conditions for extended Incident data type do not work. This seems to be due to
not finding the data for specific process in the database table.
Note that Actions do work as well as data on the process view page.
The condition '[IncidentExtension.MyProperty][Is Equal To(1)]' failed to evaluate due
to an error. The table doesn't have a record for this process. No action performed.
