A test tenant was successfully set up, however the customer is unable to log in using their production tenant admin user.
The email address used to login to the test tenant is the same as the email address in the production tenant.
The user is set to "active" in Users > Users in both environments.
It is not advised to have duplicate users in multiple tenants, however, if you need to use the same email address, it can only be set to "Active" in one tenant at a time.
