Box Securlet "Apply Classification Label" Remediation Option

Issue/Introduction

Unable to select Apply Classification Label when creating a Data Exposure for Securlets policy.

Resolution

The Apply Classification Label option for a Data Exposure for Securlets Box Policy only shows up when the following conditions are met in the box environment.

 

Apply Classification Label - Choose a classification label.

Only applicable when:

• Your Box account includes the Governance package
• You have defined at least one Box classification label
• In the Define Rules > For Account area, you choose the specific Box account with the label in question
