Unable to generate troubleshooting log file

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to generate the troubleshooting log file for diagnosing an issue after creating the troubleshooting log it will appear in the list with a status of "In progress". After the troubleshooting log file is finished being created it disappears from the list.

Environment

This issue only affects the following CAS versions:

  • 1.x
  • 2.1.x
  • 2.2.x
  • 2.3.1.1 - 2.3.1.2

This issue also affects the following ASG versions:

  • 6.6.x
  • 6.7.3.x

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following CAS versions:

  • 2.3.1.3
  • 2.3.5.1
  • 2.4.1.1+
