Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to export the Jobs, Task and Computer groups from Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 and import them into Ghost Solution Suite 3.x?

Resolution

No. It is not possible to do so.

This is because the 2.5 console technology was deprecated. The 3.x console and supporting database technology was based off of the Altiris 6.9 product and as such the jobs, agent, and other pieces that might have been moved from 2.x consoles to other 2.x consoles are not compatible with the Altiris 6.9, now ghost solution 3.x database.
