You want to add/update your domain's DMARC record so it can be managed by your instance of the Email Fraud Protection platform.

Obtain your DMARC record

To obtain the exact DMARC instructions for your domain, access the following URL in your browser whilst updating the 'symantec.com' portion to reflect your actual domain:

https://app.emailfraudprotect.com/domains/symantec.com/instructions/dmarc/new

The page above will list the exact string you need to add to your DNS zone.

 

Verify your DMARC Record

 

Once you have updated the DMARC records, you may refresh/visit the same URL to ensure the status of your DMARC record and verify that it has been added correctly.

 

Replace '/symantec.com' with your own domain.
