Unexpected System error has occurred in messagelabs portal

Issue/Introduction

When accessing a particular menu item in the Client Net portal (Email security cloud admin page) an error shows up instead of the actual content or the actual content page is hanging at Loading state.

Resolution

• Please test accessing the same menu item from a different browser or a different computer .
• If the error is still seen after trying the above, please make a note of the reference number and raise a case with technical support
• In order to expedite your case, you can right click on the error screen > View source & paste the complete log & time of the error in your case as well.
