Unexpected System error has occurred in messagelabs portal

When accessing a particlular menu item in the ClientNet portal an error shows up instead of the actual content or the actual content page is hanging at Loading state.
- Please test accessing the same menu item from a different browser or a different computer .
- If the error is still seen after trying the above, please make a note of the reference number and contact Technical Support.
- In order to expedite your case, you can right click on the error screen > View source & paste the complete log & time of the error in your case as well.
