IT Management Suite Administrator can no longer access the Symantec Management Console
IT Management Suite (ITMS) 7.6, 8.0, 8.1 and 8.5
In the Symantec Management Console go to Settings>All Settings>Notification Server>Account Management>Accounts.
Choose your user from the middle panel. In the right panel, click on the "Member Of" tab. Add the Administrator to the "Symantec Administrators" role and "Save changes".
