You want to exclude a 3rd part application from your Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint Prevent agents and this exclusion does not work.
Normally the cause is due to configuration issues within the DLP agent.
Ensure that you followed the steps in listed in How to white list or exclude an application from Data Loss Prevention (DLP) agents.
Note: If you have followed the steps but use the original file name, there are instances where the original file name may be incorrect. To resolve this issue, you may also need to include the binary or the internal name of the application.
