Issue/Introduction

You have configured an exception or exclusion for your Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint Agents and incidents are still being generated.

Cause

There are various causes for this issue.

Resolution

Refer to the following list for a possible solution:

• HTTP/HTTPS Endpoint exclusion not working properly
• Variables are not supported. Review your exception list in your Agent configuration. If you have anything listed similar to this, %USERPROFILE%AppData\*, remove these entries and use $LocalAppData$\*, instead.
