Initial boot to Reporter 10.3.2.1 to perform an upgrade fails. Instead, Reporter is booted back into previous version.
This issue is caused by a known bug in the Reporter code (10.2.1.x and up). When using Reporter's built in FTP/FTPS/SCP server, directory names that contain a space in the name will cause the upgrade to fail.
Use an FTP client (such as FiIezilla Client or WinSCP) to access the file server. Remove the space in the directory names, or replace with a dash or underscore. Once the change is made, Reporter will be able to boot into 10.3.2.1.
NOTE: If Reporter's SCP server is the only method being used to transfer log files from the ProxySG, you will need to enable to the FTP server to make these changes.
