Issue/Introduction

You seek steps to upgrade multiple SEDR or ATP appliances.

Resolution

Upgrade SEDR or ATP appliances in the following order:

1. Management servers and/or AllInOne units which are not in production

2. Scanners which report to Management servers that are not in production

3. Management servers and/or AllInOne units which are in production

4. Scanners which are not in INLINE scanning mode in production which report to management servers which are in production

5. Scanners which are in INLINE scanning mode in production and which report to management servers which are in production
