Trying to let ACF2/CICS users logon multiple times to CICS but ENQSCOPE is not working

Issue/Introduction

With ENQSCOPE=NONE, in the ACF2/CICS parameters, users should be able to logon multiple times to CICS, but that is not working. What was done wrong?

Resolution

With the ACF2/CICS parms, if there are multiple entries ACF2 will use the last one when starting the region. For example, if there are two entries: ENQSCOPE=NONE and later on ENQSCOPE=CICS, the second entry needs to be removed because ENQSCOPE=NONE must be the last entry.
