Issue/Introduction

SEP Mobile administrators or users need to confirm what versions of iOS and Android are compatible with the SEP Mobile app.  

Environment

SEP Mobile on iOS or Android devices, managed in the Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm) or SEP Mobile Management Console (MC).  

Resolution

Check the Google Play Store or the App Store to see which OS versions are currently supported.  NOTE: The desired information is only visible in a desktop browser, not from a mobile device.

As of Dec 31st, 2024:

• The current version of SEP Mobile for Android is 4.19.0, and requires Android 6.0 or above.  
  
  
• The current version of SEP Mobile for iOS / iPadOS is 6.21.1, and requires iOS / iPadOS 12.0 or above.
