Symantec Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR)

Cannot download RPM packages to upgrade ATP.

Resolution

  1. Within the SEDR UI, review the proxy setting on Settings > Global.
  2. Within the SEDR UI, check for upgrade related errors in System Health Monitor.
  3. Within the SEDR CLI, type “status_check” to check connectivity.
