Parameter N_RETRYS does not work

Issue/Introduction

We have a job defined with n_retrys 2 but the job was re-launched only once after a FAILURE.

Release: ATSYHA99000-11.3.6-Workload Automation AE-High Availability Option

If MaxRestartTrys is set to 0 then automatic restarts are effectively disabled (AutoSys will not attempt to start jobs).

Please set MaxRestartTrys so it is not smaller than the maximum n_retrys in the jobstream.
