Content Analysis System version 1.2.x cannot install any new firmware version

Issue/Introduction

It is not possible to load any new firmware version, on the Content Analysis System, when running version 1.2.x or earlier.

500 - internal server error

Cause

The verification of the image signature fails due to the expiry of an internal certificate.

Resolution

Go to Settings > Date Time and change the date to 2017 April 1st.

Try again to download the file.
