Issue/Introduction

The ServiceNow Securlet is activated successfully, however there is no data passing through to CloudSOC. 

Resolution

  1. Deactivate the Securlet and wait 30 minutes. 
  2. Then verify all steps in the ServiceNow Tech document are followed during reactivation. 

About the ServiceNow Securlet

Please note: Deactivating and reactivating Servicenow securelet won't cause any data loss so it's safe to perform this activity when the issue is new data is not reaching Cloudsoc or API token is expired and required to be refreshed.
