Issue/Introduction

The numbers do not  match the report when you click on the home page of the Endpoint Protection Manager under Endpoint Status wheel.

The report does not match the Endpoint Protection Manager numbers represented in the Home tab

Cause

According to info in the se pm as shown in the Endpoint status window. (Endpoints can be counted in more than one category)

Environment

All versions of  the Endpoint Protection Manager

Resolution

This is working as designed.

The report is a true representation of the endpoints that are disabled.

The data displayed as a number is showing all products from the machine that is disabled. E.G. Sonar IPS etc.
