Issue/Introduction

The status of MX record indicates "Failed-Restart Checking" although MX record has been pointed to Symantec.

Failed-Restart Checking

Cause

When add a domain on ClinetNet, Symantec checks MX record within 7 days automatically.
After 7 days, the customer has to click on "Restart Checking" to check MX record manually.

Resolution

Click on "Restart Checking" so that Symantec checks MX, when completed the domain becomes active.
