Issue/Introduction

The email sent from approved sender is still being caught as spam.
 

Cause

  1. The address or domain added as approved sender is not envelope from, but body from.
  2. The address or domain added as approved sender is disabled, for example, *@xxx.xx,*xxx.xx.
     

Resolution

Do add envelope from address or domain and don't use a wild card, like "*".
