It's failed to reset the password of ClientNet portal.

Account locked

The account has now been disabled. Please contact your administrator.

Cause

The attempts limit of security question is 4 times, so if you have tried 4 times, the account has been disabled and locked.

Resolution

Contact support to reset the password and create new security question.
