Customer attempts to change the path for an FTP Access Log in Management Center, but after applying the change, the path remains the same or is not displayed.
This is discover by visual inspection, no error message is displayed.
This was tested on SGOS 6.7.3.14 and 6.7.4.3
Likely, this issue is caused by using special characters in the path.
Use the Command Line Interface (CLI) to set the path:
To blank out the FTP path use (two quotes with nothing in between):
