Error, " IP is not Unique" comes up when trying to add a location in Web Security Service (WSS) portal.
Login to the WSS Portal > Connectivity > Locations

There is a duplicate IP address in another portal.
It is not possible to have duplicate IPs in two different WSS tenants. If the IP in question is not located in the customer's WSS tenant, they can contact support and try to find where the IP is coming from. Support is not able to remove the IP from the other tenant, but can make the request to the customer.
