Management Console can not be opened by https from other computer except notification server itself

Issue/Introduction

You have noticed the following:

• Symantec Management Platform (SMP) Console could be opened using its HTTP address from all computers:
  http://mySMP.example.com/Altiris/Console/
• However, when using HTTPS address, it only opened from the SMP itself. 
  https://mySMP.example.com/Altiris/Console/
• On other computers, when trying to use HTTPS address, return "Page Not Found"

Environment

ITMS 7.x, 8.x

Cause

Misconfiguration. When checking the HTTPS binding on IIS, found "Host Name" field is filled with the SMP name

Resolution

Verify and do the following:

1. Open the IIS Manager on SMP Server
2. Go Sites> Default Web Site 
3. Open the "Binding" (in the right pane)
4. choose HTTPS and press Edit
5. "Host Name" field should be empty
