CA Datacom batch utility DDCFBLD is failing with an S0C4 abend in DBINRPR at x'4E12' (or x'4AFE') when attempting to do an HSD RESET.

That symptom has occurred when the DDURT002 load module had been link edited as reentrant/reusable (RENT/REU) and is in an APF authorized STEPLIB library.

A quick way to check is to browse the load library and check the attributes of the DDURT002 load module.

The attributes RN RU indicate that it was link edited as reentranct (RN) and reusable (RU).

          Name Prompt Alias-of ---- Attributes ---- SSI
_________ DDURT002 RN RU

If RN/RU, DDURT002 must be re-link edited.
