Issue/Introduction

A SEP Mobile administrator needs to investigate a device status to understand why it's reporting as "At Risk" or out of compliance.

Environment

  • iOS
  • Android

Resolution

From the SEP Mobile Management Console, log in and navigate to Users & Devices

Select the "At Risk" or "Non-Compliant" device

In the lower right corner of the screen, select "Device Log"

From the SEP Mobile Application, switch from the "Dashboard" to "Alerts" and from "Active Alerts" to "History"
