X-Forwarded-For HTML header does not show up in HTTPS, but shows up in HTTP
https://ip.symanteccloud.com does not show the Forwarded-For entry, but http://ip.symanteccloud.com does show the Forwarded-For entry.
In order to be able to scan and insert HTML headers in the HTTPS conversation between the client and server, you must turn on HTTPS Inspection in Email Security.cloud Web Portal.
Turning HTTPS Inspection ON allows our filters to intercept HTTPS traffic and scan the traffic for malware or malicious content.
First, you must install the Symantec Root CA to the client machines according to instructions in the following article.
