Issue/Introduction

Notification email does not send even if enable [Send email to the sender] or [Send email to others] in Virus and Spyware Protection Policy - [Internet Email Auto-Protect] - [Notifications] tab.

Resolution

Internet Email protection functionality is removed in SEP 14.2 RU1. Please see What's New for Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2 RU1 (14.2.1) in details.
