Need to enroll in Endpoint Protection 15.

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 15 

Resolution

1. Go to the Symantec Software Downloads page.
2. Enter your Endpoint Protection Serial Number and click "Submit".
3. Select "Symantec Endpoint Protection 15".
4. Under "Description" select "Start Now".
