After loading of boot.wim in automation (PXE or automation folder) WinPE fails to launch and system reboots

Issue/Introduction

Customer boots the system up into PXE and Boot.wim downloads.  The WinPE environment then attempts to start but it fails and the system reboots.

There is no 'error' but WinPE fails to load

Cause

This is caused by a bad mass storage driver.  WinPE tries to read the drive and fails.  

Resolution

The issue was caused by a bad Megasas2 mass storage driver; however, the issue may be caused by other mass storage drivers as well depending on the hardware that is being used.
