Issue/Introduction

If you try to check export compliance and save the profile from profile dialog on the Web Security Service(WSS) portal , you cannot save and 'Unknown server error occurred' is displayed.

Replication step:
1. Log in to the WSS portal.
2. In the upper right hand corner, click Profile. 
3. Check export compliance then save.

 

Cause

We are blocking the saving of any information from this dialog at the present.
Because it didn't take into account the user needs to certify the correctness before we'll try to do an amber road check for export compliance.

Resolution

Please ignore this "An unknown server error has occurred" message.
