Website Doesn't Load Properly With Styles Missing

Issue/Introduction

A website such as Restaurant.com does not load properly with only basic text and links showing; it appears to be missing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) formatting such as special fonts, colors, spacing, et c.

The website has been allowed in policy (e.g. adding the domain to a custom Destination URL Category Object).

Default Proxy Policy is set for Deny.

Resolution

View the page source of the website in question to see if there are link references with .css files from other domains (such as rdc.rdcimage.com) and cross·reference such findings with EXCEPTION denials in Web Access policy trace.

Allow URLs as appropriate in policy, which should help the website load as it should.
