Malware Analysis License fails to update the date of expiry.
Upon fulfillment an e-mail should be sent out containing your license file ending in .ndf in order to update the MA device, the license file will need to b uploaded to the device. If the e-mail was misplaced or not sent please contact Customer care to obtain a new one - 1 (800) 721-3934. Customer Care will need to receive and forward the licenses from fulfillment. Once the licenses have been received download them from the e-mail and upload them to the Malware Appliance.
