Not able to connect the IPSec tunnel to a specific data center

Resolution

1. Verify the Firewall configurations here.
2. Make sure that the IPs of the data center have been entered correctly. Refer to Data center IP addresses for Web Security Services.
3. Try connecting to another data center to verify if it is a data center specific issue.
4. Check our support page to check if there is an outage on the data center you tried to connect to.
5. If everything looks good, open up a technical support case from Broadcom Support Portal
